Tifosi is the Italian word referring to a super-fan, an enthusiast, and that is exactly who They are and who they make their eyewear for. Their mission is to provide technically advanced eyewear to enthusiasts of all sports and outdoor activities. They design test and torture their product to enhance your sport whether you’re running a 5k, riding your first century or playing 18 holes on Sunday. It is obvious by the products we tested, they are on the cutting edge of practical, high quality sunglasses.
They specialize in interchangeable lenses and Tifosi Optics Interchangeable sunglasses feature decentered shatterproof polycarbonate lenses to virtually eliminate distortion, give sharp peripheral vision, and offer 100% protection from harmful UVA/UVB rays, bugs, rocks, or whatever. The Tifosi polarized lenses feature embedded polarized material, not simply a thin polarized coating. Be sure you read the instructions on how to change the lenses, because if done correctly, they are nice and snug.

We have review many multi-lens sunglasses and these are easy to use, yet really click into place. The venting is especially important for activities such as skiing or bike riding where you can get high winds and changes in temperatures. Nothing worse than getting halfway down the mountain and having your glasses fog up! It is especially nice to have a clear lens to protect your eyes when you really don’t need

Adjustable temples and nose pieces for custom fit make them perfect to wear under a helmet and the not only do they have the clear lens, but the blue for darker days and awesome red that changes its look from different angles. This lens is good for almost all weather, and since we live in Michigan, the weather can change very quickly! Love being fashionable with our glasses.
We were very happy to find readers that have all the Tifosi technology and come in readers! These come with the Smoke Black lens which is a great all purpose lens. For those of us over fifty, when doing sports, we never know when we will need to read something and we don’t have to fumble around for our regular reading glasses. They can be purchased in 1.5 or 2.0 strength. The venting is a must when skiing, especially in Michigan!
